Senior Pet Clinics

Like us,  elderly animals need a bit more attention as the body becomes older and has gone through years of wear and tear.  Regular professional veterinary care can improve the quality of life for your older pet.

Senior clinics aim to detect any age-related changes or diseases as early as possible.  Problems detected and treated early could prevent unnecessary suffering and worry, and save you money.

Individual treatment plans can be formulated and regular monitoring can benefit your pet. We are able to give guidance and advice on the best way to care for your older pet and make his/her life happier and longer.

We recommend 6 monthly checks for dogs over 8 years of age and cats over 10 years.

The price of the clinic is £18.04 inc vat. which includes a free urine test in our laboratory; this will help detect early changes in kidney disease and early stages of diabetes. Your appointment will last approximately 20 minutes.
