If your pet has an emergency during normal surgery hours please telephone the practice immediately and we will arrange a priority appointment. Make it clear that the matter is urgent and give brief description of the problem so that our staff can make preparations for your arrival.

However, if your animal is ill or has an accident outside normal surgery hours, we are still available to provide a full veterinary service.

Outside normal surgery hours, your call will be routed to a call messaging centre where a description of the problem will be taken. Your details will immediately be passed to the duty veterinary surgeon who will then return your call.

Although we are able to offer visits it is not always the best option in an emergency situation. We would usually recommend that your animal is brought to the surgery where we can provide the best treatment with all our equipment and facilities to hand.
